Our bodies undergo significant changes in our 40s+, many of which are due to fluctuating hormones in perimenopause. Symptoms can range from weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, loss of energy, mood swings, poor sleep, migraines, to name a few.​​​​​​​

Figuring out what foods are right for us is a big part of feeling better, combined with moderate exercise and managing stress. Without adjustments to our diet and lifestyle, our metabolism and hormones can go haywire. ​ ​​​​​
​
It is not always easy to put ourselves first. I know how many demands pull at you: your kids, career, pets, caring for aging parents, keeping up with the home, finding time for your partner, family, and friends. Everyone needs you, which is exactly why it’s essential, and not a luxury to take care of yourself.

What to expect from coaching

Weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions will motivate, educate and support you through your wellness journey. All sessions are virtual, from the comfort of your own space.​​​​​

With so much health and wellness information out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I’m here to help you sort through it all and find what genuinely works for you.

Step 1 - Goal setting

We'll go over your health concerns and objectives such as weight loss, improve diet, exercise routine, stress management, hormone balance.

Step 2 - Holistic approach

We'll explore various aspects of your wellbeing that may or may not be related to perimenopause. I will help you connect the dots to the root causes of symptoms : weight gain, brain fog, poor sleep, joint pain, bloating, hot flashes, migraines, thinning hair, mood swings.

Step 3 - Action steps

We'll develop a plan which includes small attainable steps to create shifts in diet and lifestyle habits specific to your body and needs.

​​​​It is all about making subtle changes that are easy for you to incorporate and sustain day to day. It is the small consistent steps that will lead you to new habits, ease symptoms of perimenopause and provide long-term health.
